## Pollution control device subsidy
Under Clause 7.5.3 of the Arunachal Pradesh Industrial Development and Investment Policy, 2025, a manufacturing unit can claim 50% of what it spends on buying a pollution control device (PCD). The reimbursement is capped at Rs 10 lakh.
Only existing units qualify. This holds true irrespective of substantial expansion. To be eligible, the unit must install the latest online monitoring equipment and/or a high-quality pollution control device within the manufacturing unit.
The benefit is disbursed as a reimbursement against the equipment purchase cost.

- Fit the manufacturing unit with up-to-date online monitoring equipment and/or a Pollution Control Device of good quality - Retain the purchase invoices, evidence of payment, and any acknowledgement issued by the State Pollution Control Board - File the application with the Department of Industries via the Arunachal Pradesh single window clearance portal - Lodge the claim together with the equipment invoices and the unit's registration documents
