About this scheme
Clause 7.1.1 of the Arunachal Pradesh Industrial Development and Investment Policy, 2025 provides a full refund of stamp duty and registration fee to a new industrial unit that qualifies and has been allotted land within a state Industrial Estate, Park or Growth Centre. The refund applies to the amount paid on the instrument of conveyance deed or lease deed for that land.
As the benefit operates as a reimbursement, the unit must first pay the duty at the time of registration and subsequently claim the amount back from the Department of Industries, supported by proof of payment.
The policy clause sets out no separate rupee ceiling — the reimbursement covers 100% of the sum actually paid.
