About this scheme

A Detailed Project Report that satisfies a lender is a prerequisite for nearly every industrial incentive and term loan, and preparing one through a consultant carries a genuine cost. Under the Sustainable Industrial Policy Ladakh 2022-27, that cost is no longer a barrier for underprivileged entrepreneurs: 95% of the consulting fee for DPR preparation is reimbursed, subject to a ceiling of Rs. 1 lakh.

This additional incentive is set aside for specific groups. In the women category, it applies to single mothers and widows. In the specially abled category, it applies to persons with at least 40% physical disability. All third gender persons are also covered.
