About this scheme
Under the Sustainable Industrial Policy Ladakh 2022-27, an existing industrial unit can recover 50 per cent of the cost of installing online monitoring equipment and/or a high-quality Pollution Control Device at its factory. The reimbursement is capped at Rs. 20 lakh.
Only existing units qualify for this incentive, whether or not they have undertaken substantial expansion.
Disbursal follows a satisfactory commissioning report from the Ladakh Pollution Control Committee covering the installed equipment. The unit therefore bears the cost upfront and receives reimbursement once the device is verified as operational.

Eligibility conditions:
- The unit must be an existing industrial unit in Ladakh; units undertaking substantial expansion also qualify. - New units do not qualify for this incentive. - The unit must install the latest online monitoring equipment and/or a high-quality Pollution Control Device. - A satisfactory commissioning report from the Ladakh Pollution Control Committee must be obtained before release.

File your claim, attaching the purchase invoices and the commissioning report, with the Department of Industries and Commerce, UT of Ladakh.
