Under Clause 3.4.4.i of the Meghalaya Industrial and Investment Promotion Policy (MIIPP) 2024, micro industrial units can claim a further 10% incentive. This applies to the cost of factory building and plant for manufacturing, as well as to other durable physical assets and machinery.
To qualify, the majority shareholder must be a physically challenged person or an individual belonging to another special category, and must be domiciled in Meghalaya.
