About this scheme
The scheme reimburses SC/ST entrepreneurs for expenses incurred on product testing. It covers 80% of the testing fee, or ₹1,00,000 (excluding GST and other applicable taxes), whichever is lower, per financial year. This applies to services from NABL/BIS accredited laboratories, or labs of any Central/State Department or Public Sector Undertaking, including licences or certifications from the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS).
**Documents to be submitted:** * Self-certified copy of Udyam Registration (UR) & GST (if applicable). * Self-certified copy of PAN card (in case of proprietorship, PAN card of SC/ST proprietor). * Self-certified copy of Caste certificate of proprietor/all partners/directors. * Details of shareholding in case of partnership / Pvt. Ltd / LLP firm, with SC/ST entrepreneur(s) holding > 51%. * Attested copy of Partnership Deed for Partnership Firm or Memorandum and Article of Association for LLP/Private Limited Company. * Attested or original copy (signature with stamp) of payment receipt and system-generated GST invoice for the total amount paid. * Copy of test report duly attested (stamped and signed). * Proof of any prior reimbursement received under this scheme within the same financial year. * Cancelled Cheque of the enterprise's current account.

How to apply
1. Go to the National SC-ST Hub portal at scsthub.in and open the NSSH Schemes section. 2. Download the application form for the Testing Fee Reimbursement Scheme and complete it. 3. Assemble the required documents: Udyam Registration, PAN card, Caste Certificate, shareholding proof (for partnership/Pvt. Ltd/LLP firms), Partnership Deed or MoA/AoA, original payment receipt with GST invoice, attested copy of the test report, proof of any prior reimbursements claimed in the same financial year, and a cancelled cheque of the enterprise's current account. 4. Submit the filled application and all documents via the portal, or as instructed on the scheme page. 5. The National SC-ST Hub will process and verify the claim, then transfer the reimbursement directly to the enterprise's bank account.

You may apply again in the same financial year, but the total amount you can receive under this scheme is capped at ₹1,00,000 (excluding GST). You must also submit proof of any earlier reimbursement you have already received under the scheme in that financial year.
