NSIC runs this Ministry of MSME initiative funding SC/ST-owned Micro & Small Enterprises.
The National SC-ST Hub (NSSH) is a Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India initiative. The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) implements it.
The Hub offers professional support alongside a set of reimbursement and subsidy sub-schemes. These are directed at Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) owned by Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) entrepreneurs.
Its purpose is to help these enterprises take part in public procurement and expand their businesses.

A 25% subsidy, capped at Rs.25 lakh, on institutional finance up to Rs.1 crore for plant, machinery or technology upgradation by SC/ST MSEs.
