UP IP Registration Reimbursement

The Uttar Pradesh Industrial Investment & Employment Promotion Policy 2022 provides an incentive for businesses engaged in innovation and intellectual property. Under this programme, eligible industrial undertakings and standalone R&D units can have part of the cost of obtaining intellectual property rights reimbursed. The support covers patents, copyrights, trademarks and Geographical Indicators that result from in-house research and development.
