How to apply
Under the UP Textile and Garmenting Policy 2022, this incentive is claimed through an application-based route. An applicant must file the prescribed application form together with itemised evidence of what was spent on taking part in an exhibition — stall booking receipts, travel receipts and similar cost records. Papers establishing that the applicant qualifies as an eligible entity, such as MSME registration or cooperative society registration, may also be called for. The completed set of documents is ordinarily sent to the Department of Handloom and Textile Industry, Uttar Pradesh, or to a nominated nodal agency, in the formats and as per the instructions laid down in the policy document.
